Meet the Six Early-Stage Companies that are Part of Resurgence Cohort 1
In October, the University of Chicago’s Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, in partnership with the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering, announced the launch of Resurgence, a new cleantech accelerator powered by Deep Tech Ventures, along with the six early-stage companies that were accepted into the program.
From championing sustainability advancements in next-gen batteries to developing methods and technologies for separating oil and chemicals from water and other surfaces through electromagnetic forces, these companies have been working over the past few months to bring themselves to the forefront of the cleantech space.
We sat down with each team to hear firsthand what their company does, how they got their start, what they hope to achieve as part of the Resurgence accelerator, and where they hope to be a year from now. See each team’s profile below.
