What does your company do?
ExPost is creating a sustainable and profitable battery recycling business via a patent-pending process named Purification-Regeneration Integrated Materials Engineering (“PRIME”), efficiently regenerating vital cathode active materials from manufacturing scraps and spent batteries.
How did you get the idea?
All team members are actively engaged in the forefront of battery research, observing the integration of batteries into people’s daily lives and the challenges associated with their end-of-life treatment. Following years of dedicated efforts in advancing greener battery recycling technology, we are confident that the technology has reached a level of maturity, transitioning from a university laboratory setting to a practical manufacturing process.
What are you most excited for as part of Resurgence?
The Resurgence cohort stands out as a valuable resource, particularly in its support for startup companies like ours through well designed and customized frameworks. We are grateful for the robust network of business connections and the guidance provided by the cohort.
What do you hope to get out of Resurgence?
We aim to secure our pre-seed round funding by the conclusion of Resurgence. To accomplish this objective, we will leverage the resources offered by Resurgence, including business connections, investor pitch sessions, and business training courses.
Where do you hope your company is a year from now?
We aspire for our company to experience maturity on various fronts, encompassing increased funding, expanded recruitment efforts, and most importantly a growing customer base.
