The Market Navigator is a customer discovery and market insight program designed to help Business-to-Consumer (B2C) businesses that have achieved product-market fit and initial traction to better understand their existing customers, identify new market opportunities, and develop strategies for sustainable growth. The program aims to equip participants with advanced customer research techniques, data-driven decision-making skills, and growth hacking strategies.

  1. Help participants conduct in-depth customer segmentation and persona development for their existing customer base.
  2. Teach participants how to identify and prioritize new market opportunities and customer segments.
  3. Guide participants in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies for sustainable growth.
  4. Equip participants with data analysis strategies and making data-driven decisions.
  5. Provide participants with growth hacking techniques and digital marketing strategies.

 

Program Components

  1. Market Opportunity Analysis: Techniques for identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and customer segments.
  2. Customer Segmentation and Persona Development: Identifying and understanding different customer segments and personas. Conducting in-depth customer interviews, demographic/ethnographic studies, and customer journey mapping.
  3. Data Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making: Methodologies for data-driven decision-making, how to properly handle data (data quality, bias, privacy, breach, security etc).
  4. Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategies: Developing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management.
  5. Digital Marketing and Growth Hacking: Leveraging digital marketing channels, growth hacking techniques, and automation for customer acquisition and engagement.

Program Format and Delivery

The program will be delivered through a combination of in-person workshops, online modules, and one-on-one mentoring sessions. The total duration of the program is 10 weeks, with weekly in-person workshops (2 hours each) and self-paced online modules. Participants will also have access to mentors through the Polsky mentorship program.
