SAFE Sideletter

These sample Side Letters are behind password. Please reach out to Amber Bradley at amber.bradley@chicagobooth.edu for access.

The Polsky Center’s requires all investees to sign a SAFE Sideletter to receive investment. The terms in the Side Letter are non-negotiable. External investors directly investing in NVC startups can use the side letter at their discretion, however, investees are expected to sign the letter to receive external investment if the investor opts in.
