Emerging Markets Group Speaker Series: Fireside Chat with Federico Ranero
Join us for a fireside chat with Federico Ranero, MBA, ’12, CEO, Draiver, and general partner, Bridge, as we explore his journey leading high-growth companies and investing in startups across Latin America. We’ll discuss lessons from scaling operations at Uber and Kavak, driving innovation in logistics at Draiver, and supporting early-stage founders through Bridge. Fede Ranero leads Draiver, a Kavak-backed vehicle logistics technology company, as CEO since January 2024. Previously, as COO of Kavak, Fede led the company’s growth from around 200 to 5,000 employees and expanded its operations from one country to ten countries. At Uber, he served as General Manager for Mexico, launching and consolidating the platform in over 50 cities, making it Uber’s third-largest global market and one of its most profitable.
Fede is also a cofounder and partner at Bridge, an early-stage investment fund in Latin America.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Texas Christian University.
