The Polsky Exchange offers focus groups for our members and program participants in support of their businesses. The support covers the planning and execution of the focus group, as well as financial incentives for participants. The topics explored include, but are not limited to, marketing collateral, brand perception, website review, platform UX, campaign effectiveness, and social media presence—all in support of the company’s value proposition.
All focus groups are conducted in two stages:
- Brief interview during the intake phase
- A formal 60 – 90-minute focus group session.
Results are aggregated before presentation to the business owners to preserve anonymity.
