New Polsky Founders’ Fund Fellowship Cohort Announced

The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation has announced the newest cohort of the Polsky Founders’ Fund Fellowship (PF3). PF3 is a resource available to graduating University of Chicago students from the Booth School of Business, the College, and other graduate programs who are committed to growing their ventures following graduation.

Over the course of the next year, fellows will receive up to $24,000 in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity and benefit from a continued relationship with the Polsky Center through quarterly coaching check-ins.

The 2018-19 Cohort is made up of:

Myunghun Kim of ABChicken //
ABChicken is a meal delivery company selling sous vide cooked chicken breast.

Colin Keeley of Bevy  //
Bevy provides everything you need, but don’t want to own, for amazing experiences like camping, tailgating, virtual reality, beer pong and karaoke. Bevy is an alum of the Edward L. Kaplan, ’71, New Venture Challenge (NVC).

Yaniv Guelman of Fulbito //
Fulbito is the open table for private sport venues in Latin America. Fulbito is an alum of the NVC and the Entrepreneurial Internship Program (EIP).

Rodrigo Studart of MUU //
MUU is a delicious Brazilian ice cream that has less calories, more protein and less fat than traditional brands. By switching sugar for natural sweeteners and using only high quality natural ingredients, MUU’s formula is tasty and healthy at the same time. MUU is an alum of the NVC.

Elizabeth Zellner of WowChow, LLC //
WowChow Snacks is part of the growing movement of small food ventures offering artisanal alternatives to big CPG brands, in this case General Mills and Muddy Buddies. We offer consumers fanciful flavors, quality ingredients and principled practices, including sourcing locally from the greater Chicago area as much as possible.

Randy Paris of BrewBike //
BrewBike is the world’s best way to get quality, convenient coffee on the go. And by empowering student entrepreneurs to launch BrewBike on their campus, we’re helping equip and empower the next generation of American entrepreneurs. BrewBike is alum of the NVC.

Mrinmayee Patil of Seedling //
Seedling is a platform connecting the un(der)banked to banks. On one side we help users save money by using lottery like incentives. On the other, we help community banks acquire the customers they want but have traditionally had trouble reaching. Seedling is an alum of the NVC, EIP, and the numo Fintech Challenge
