The Polsky Center works closely with faculty and affiliated researchers to help them transform their groundbreaking ideas and discoveries into products, services, and ventures. We have launched more than 90 research-based startups, enabling faculty, students and researchers to apply their technologies to critical problems impacting society. The Polsky Center supports startups for the long and complex commercialization process across all industries -- from helping those who are developing life-saving cancer therapeutics, to those improving disease diagnostics, to those increasing quality of education and training, to those creating green tech energy solutions, and more.

Technology Commercialization and Licensing Experts
The Polsky Center's Technology Commercialization and Licensing (TCL) team members provide faculty with guidance and resources, including expertise in market analysis, intellectual property portfolio management, and license and partnership negotiation. The TCL members each have technical expertise in life sciences and physical sciences to best evaluate the research.
