Reserve Space
Event Space at the Polsky Exchange
Requests for event spaces and large conference rooms at the Polsky Exchange North (1452 E 53rd St.) should be made here. A virtual tour of the spaces at the Polsky Exchange North is available here and photos of event spaces can be viewed here. Specifications and pricing for spaces follow.
All reservations include:
- Reception/Security to grant entry to the space,
- IT Services to assist with A/V at event start time,
- Wifi access for organizers and guests,
- Tables and chairs (set to event organizers’ specifications),
- Screens/monitors and microphones, and
- Podium, white boards, and markers.
Members may reserve small conference rooms (10-12 people) for up to two hours at no cost.
Pricing information:
The Polsky Exchange accepts space reservation/rental payments online or by check. Organizers with a contract to rent space from the Polsky Exchange may make payment below.
Refund policy: Refunds can be requested directly from the Polsky Exchange, in accordance with the terms of the space reservation/rental agreement. Contact Abigail Ingram at aingram@uchicago.edu to initiate a refund.
