We believe that by backing founders at the beginning of their journey, we’ll reduce survivorship bias that results in fewer diverse founders and non-consensus ideas raising institutional capital. Tim previously co-founded Draftbit, a no-code, collaborative product development tool focused on mobile apps, backed by YC. I also held early-team roles in product leadership at Trunk Club, Signal, Apartments.com and Cars.com. Sometimes he runs marathons.
