Thomas started his career in banking with Merrill Lynch, before moving into venture investing, joining JRJ Group in 2011, Global Founders Capital in 2016 in London, and then the growth investment team at e.ventures. Thomas earned an MBA from the Wharton School and a computer science degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. A dual British and Belgian national, Thomas also speaks fluent Mandarin, Japanese, German, French, and Dutch. 

Thomas focuses on both the financial services sector, and software companies in developer and IT infrastructure, in addition to collaboration and productivity tools.
