Rosana Rabiness is an impact investing leader working to close gaps in health and gender equity globally. With experience as a founder, operator, and investor, she brings entrepreneurial spirit and operational excellence as an investment manager, startup advisor, and board member. Today, she leads GWP Impact, where she partners with early stage founders building innovative technologies to address women’s health & wellness challenges. Prior to GWP, Rosana was a corporate strategist and program manager at YouTube and founded XORO Media.

Rosana is an alumna of the University of Chicago (BA) and UC Berkeley Haas (MBA).
