Founder, Executive Women's Golf Association, Kansas City Metro Chapter
Pam Schilling is the founder of two long-running organizations, the Executive Women’s Golf Association Kansas City Metro Chapter, which grew to 300 members, and Arch Career Partners, a global human capital/advisory firm. An instructor with the University of Chicago Graham School, Pam’s professional mission is to bring talent to organizations and build talent within, to advance business priorities and individual career goals. In pursuit of this mission, she recently founded her third business, Archer, which will bring technology and data analytics to the career coaching industry. Before starting Arch Career Partners, Pam was a career coach at Chicago Booth. Previously, she worked in the technology industry and strategy consulting, for Sprint, HERE (which IPOed when she was there), Strategy& and Diamond Technology Partners (now both part of PwC), and Huron Consulting Group. Pam holds a BSB from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Chicago Booth. She will finish her Doctorate in Business Administration at DePaul this June.
