Nora is an operations and business development executive, and a startup advisor and mentor. She cofounded Xessentials, a New York City based incubator for pre-seed women founders. In addition to managing the program, she mentors at various accelerators in New York. Previously she was vice president of business and sales strategy at Dow Jones (Wall Street Journal), and head of business development at Aon’s Global Innovation Center in Singapore where she lead Aon’s internal corporate incubator and several product teams.

Nora graduated from Chicago Booth in 2014 and participated in the Edward L. Kaplan, ’71, New Venture Challenge in 2013. She is also on the board of Chicago Booth Women’s Alumni Network.
