As the Director of Client Operations at Crafty, Megan leads a team of approximately 100 food & beverage experts and client operations managers. Her team leverages Crafty’s unique technology to deliver an unmatched customer experience in the workplace food and beverage space. During her time as the Director of Field Operations at Crafty, she led a complete re-organization and operating model overhaul to meet the changing needs of Crafty’s clients and business. Now, as the Director of Client Operations, she is building on the incredible work they’ve done in field operations by incorporating day-to-day account management and partner operations into their workflows to enable faster communications, better customer service, and more clearly defined professional growth plans. Megan earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Leadership, and Behavioral Science.
