Before joining IFT, Matthew founded Linus, a U.S.-based startup that leveraged DeFi (decentralized finance) protocols to create an accessible investment experience for everyday investors. As CEO, he led Linus through its 2019 launch, raising $1.5 million in funding. Matthew’s leadership guided Linus to a successful exit, resulting in its acquisition in May 2022.

Matthew’s background in capital markets, trading, and corporate finance gives him a strong foundation for his role at IFT and his consulting work. His expertise in strategy, go-to-market planning, and regulatory compliance makes him a valuable resource for emerging technology projects.
