Her journey, navigating the unexpected passing of her late husband and leading ArrowStream, a third-party logistics and SaaS provider, to sustainable profitability, exemplifies this blend of leadership, management, grief awareness, and compassion.

Beyond the corporate landscape, Jody proudly served as the CEO of the nonprofit Female Strong, dedicated to instilling confidence in middle and high school girls and nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.

In addition to these meaningful initiatives, Jody extends her support to widows through “Widows in the Workplace,” guiding them through personalized Zoom coaching sessions to rediscover, reimagine, and relaunch their lives after loss.
