Jocelyn currently leads Starbucks licensee business in Asia Pacific Region.

She is a transformational leader with strong understanding of branding & positioning, costs structures, store network planning, online and offline portfolio optimization in retail and F&B industry.  What distinguishes Jocelyn as a leader is her ability to create value by achieving company’s People, Planet, and Profit positive goals through the lens of humanity.

Jocelyn is also a champion of continuous learning and improvement.  She has proven track record in leading global digital transformation initiatives and built successful expansion strategy through data-driven insights for companies like Starbucks, Uniqlo, Crocs, etc.

She has extensive store development, operations, retail advisory, leasing and marketing experiences in Asia Pacific markets including China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.

Jocelyn spent her formative years in the Philippines and Taiwan. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Management Information System from the Ateneo de Manila University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
