Janet Linden Cooper serves as an independent director of The Toro Company and Lennox International. She is also a member of the board of trustees of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, chairing the investment management committee. 

Previously, Cooper was senior vice president and treasurer of Qwest Communications International Inc., (now CenturyLink) and oversaw $15 billion in assets while on the board of Qwest Asset Management. She also served as CFO of McDATA Corporation (now part of Broadcom.) Cooper received her MBA from Chicago Booth and has a master’s in applied math from the University of Illinois.
