As the COO & General Counsel of 4S Bay Partners LLC, a single-family office based in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Emily Green serves on the executive team supporting the family’s mission to eliminate prejudice and the inequities of our society.

In her tenure at 4S Bay Partners since 2016, Emily has overseen the growth from three employees to over fifty employees and family assets rise fourfold. In supporting this growth, Emily leads the office operations, legal and risk management, finance, and real estate teams, as well as supports the investment strategies of the investment team to ensure family’s mission, achieving both social and financial returns.
