Don is a Director with PSP Capital Partners, LLC. Don joined the firm in 2020 and is responsible for transaction sourcing and execution, portfolio company oversight and other key initiatives within the Advanced Industrials sector. Active portfolio company responsibilities include E.B. Bradley Company and StormTrap.

Prior to joining PSP Partners, Don worked as a generalist investor at BDT Capital Partners, a merchant bank founded and led by Byron Trott. Don began his career in investment banking in the Consumer/Retail group at Goldman Sachs. Don earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. In his spare time, Don enjoys running, grilling, crossword puzzles, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
