Constance Freedman is Founder and Managing Partner of Moderne Ventures and the Moderne Passport, an early-stage investment fund and industry immersion program focused on investing in technology companies in and around the multi-trillion dollar industries of real estate, finance, insurance, hospitality and home services.

Moderne Ventures has more than $400M AUM, has invested in over 135 companies and partners with 700+ industry executives and corporations to build strategic value and scale. Freedman’s initial two funds have produced top decile returns, 4 IPOs (+ 1 IPO pending), 8 Unicorns, and 25+ successful exits. Moderne Ventures portfolio companies have raised over $1.5B in the past year alone. Constance is active on company boards, past and present, including DocuSign [NASDAQ: DOCU], Porch [NASDAQ: PRCH], Homesnap (acquired by CoStar), Equity Lifestyles [NYSE:ELS] and ICON.

Constance is a Global Governing Trustee at the Urban Land Institute and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
