►Subject matter expert in financial markets, economies, regulatory change, market structure, financial technology solutions and data & analytics

►Deep network of relationships Institutional investors, advisory, private equity and financial technology providers

Expertise includes new products & markets, complex negotiations, geographic expansion, partnerships & M&A, GTM strategies, deep domain expertise in Capital Markets & technology.  Broad experience managing small, medium and larger workforce across all functional areas.  Client strategy and development & management, experience recruiting and hiring senior executives.

Board of Directors experience in both public and private sector, current BOD member in both.
