Carlos Ganoza is an economist and tech entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Quantum Talent, a startup that uses AI to match workers with jobs in LatAm. Previously he was chief of staff at the Peruvian Ministry of Finance, and CEO of Peru’s largest business media company. He is the coauthor of two bestselling books about the Peruvian economy. He obtained an MBA from Booth in 2010.
