Bridget leads Growth at Kadeya, a start up that’s transforming worker hydration on construction sites. She has more than 10 years of marketing & business development leadership experience in innovative industrial technology organizations. Previously, she served as Global Marketing Manager at 3M, where she led product management of IoT devices and business development of corporate partnerships. Prior to joining 3M, Bridget had responsibility for technical sales & business development with Air Products, where she began her career as a chemical engineer building world-scale hydrogen plants. She is a graduate of Harvard University, where she earned her MBA, and of Villanova University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering.
