Brian Clark cofounded Ascent RegTech, software that uses artificial intelligence to help customers digitalize and automate their regulatory risk and compliance programs. Clark has a wide breadth of regulatory compliance experience including derivatives exchanges, market investigations, clearinghouse compliance, and registered brokerage businesses. He is a former chief compliance officer and general counsel, and is passionate about entrepreneurship. He earned an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Illinois, a JD from DePaul University, and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
