Barrett Polan joined Hayfin in 2016 and is a managing director in the Healthcare team.

Prior to joining Hayfin, he spent two years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance team within the Investment Banking Division, focusing on origination, underwriting and execution of leveraged finance transactions.

Barrett graduated from Hampden-Sydney College, Virginia, with a BA in economics and from Touro College of Medicine, New York, with a MS in biomedical sciences.
