Aashir Sutar is the VP and Principal at Desai and Associates, a mission-based innovative finance advisory firm focused on designing and structuring blended and outcome-based financing solutions for public, philanthropic, and private sector capital providers. For more than a decade, he has worked extensively on increasing the quantum of social finance in India, with NGOs, social enterprises, businesses, CSRs, and philanthropic organizations. His work spans various management and governance roles, and he is firmly focused on building and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational scale and business growth.

He has previously worked in organizations like Grameen Foundation India, Sattva Consulting, Noora Health, and the Indian School of Business.

He is a computer science graduate with a master’s in business administration from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India.
