Team Building Reception: New Venture Challenge (NVC) and Social New Venture Challenge (SNVC)

Who Should Attend: NVC/SNVC teams that are looking to add teammates for Phase II and students looking to join NVC/SNVC Phase II teams

Hosted By: Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation

Join us for the opportunity to work with ventures admitted to the premier university accelerator program, the Edward L. Kaplan, ’71, New Venture Challenge (NVC) and the John Edwardson, ’72, Social New Venture Challenge (SNVC). NVC and SNVC teams that were accepted into the program are actively looking to round out their teams, and are looking to meet individuals with diverse skillsets and backgrounds at this reception.

Location: Harper Center – 104 ABC

Quick Pitch: The first 30 teams to sign up will have the opportunity to share a 1 minute pitch about their venture. If there is time left over, we will open it up to other teams.

If you are interested in getting involved with exciting ventures coming through the NVC/SNVC pipeline, don’t miss this event.

Note: Due to the employment-based nature of launching a venture and the expected activities that are required to do so, participation in the NVC and SNVC typically requires work authorization. Students interested in participating in NVC/SNVC who are not US citizens/permanent residents should review the parameters of their immigration status in the US to determine whether they may participate.
