The Opportunity Zone (OZ) Incentives Info Session will include a presentation by OZ expert Jeff Goldman and introduce startup founders and business owners to the incentives available related to real estate investment and equity investment in businesses located in opportunity zones. We will cover where opportunity zones exist in Chicago, the requirements for businesses to qualify, and the benefits to investors who choose to deploy capital.
