Join the Polsky Center as we explore topics on operating and CXO within private equity and entrepreneurship through acquisition. The first lecture in the Driving Growth Speaker Series will feature Booth alum Max Needle, MBA ’20, a representative of Alpine Investors. Max is the vice president of operations at TEAM Public Choices, an Alpine Investors-backed home care services provider serving individuals with disabilities and the elderly, with an emphasis on empowering self-direction and consumer choice. His mission is to inspire others to realize the highest performing and happiest versions of themselves through building people-first companies aimed at enhancing wellness and providing exceptional care. Prior to his experience with TEAM Public Choices and Alpine Investors, Max spent two years as a private equity associate at BPOC and three years as an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey in their industrials group.

Max holds a BSBA in finance from Washington University in St. Louis, and he received his MBA from Chicago Booth in 2020. As an avid CrossFit athlete and former college basketball player, Max is deeply passionate about optimizing human performance, longevity, and community building.
