Join Polsky Entrepreneur in Residence Doug Monieson, MBA ’89 and Michelle Cao, MBA ’24 in a fireside chat about being a first-year venture capitalist.
Michelle is a Senior Associate on the healthcare team at OCA Ventures. Prior to OCA, Michelle was a management consultant at Deloitte, serving healthcare provider and payer clients on IT strategy engagements. Her projects were focused on business case development for IT investments, data analytics dashboard design, and AI/ML model development. She also worked in product marketing at Verily Life Sciences focused on optimizing paid media strategies. Michelle earned her MBA from Chicago Booth, where she was involved with the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and her BA from Northwestern University, where she majored in Economics and minored in Computer Science and Business Institutions.
