The Private Equity Case Challenge (PECC), is a case competition that enables teams from Chicago Booth to assess the potential for a leveraged buyout of a publicly-listed company and compete for a cash prize. The Challenge includes a finals round during fall quarter to determine the winning Chicago Booth team that will advance to compete in the global finals round hosted by Oxford in the spring.
