Funded by Verizon, the E-Commerce Growth program supports Chicago-based small businesses to strengthen their e-commerce foundation, improve performance, and build a sustainable strategy for online growth. Through a blend of educational workshops, assessments, strategic planning, and 1:1 coaching, this 4-month initiative guides entrepreneurs through every step of online business development, from learning key principles to applying them directly to their websites and operations.

Participants will walk away with greater confidence, actionable plans, and measurable improvements in online visibility, conversions, and revenue potential.
