Application Open: Market Navigator Program
The Market Navigator program helps business owners use market research and artificial intelligence tools to identify new customers and better serve existing customers. Businesses with existing customers and traction are welcome to apply.
The 13-week program includes nine weeks of structured classroom sessions, followed by three weeks of University of Chicago student intern support, and one week of final presentations. Throughout the program, participants work with expert instructors to better understand their customers, identify new market opportunities, and develop actionable strategies for growth.
The program combines three research approaches:
- AI tools for rapid data aggregation, competitive analysis, and market segmentation;
- Database resources including industry reports and aggregated market research; and
- Primary research methods including customer surveys, interviews, and direct observation.
