The Private Equity Case Challenge (PECC) is a case competition that enables teams from Chicago Booth to assess the potential for a leveraged buyout of a publicly-listed company. The Challenge includes a finals round during fall quarter to determine the winning Chicago Booth team that will advance to compete in the global finals round hosted by Oxford University in the spring.
