The Orange Grove Bio (OGB) Senior Associate Program is a year-long unpaid internship designed to expose promising scientists to a world of venture capital and biotech. A remote opportunity, associates are expected to commit 5-10 hours per week.

The program is offered exclusively at partner universities of Orange Grove Bio, and through a new strategic agreement with the Polsky Center, current UChicago PhDs and postdocs in a scientific discipline are open to apply.

// Program Overview

The Orange Grove Bio Senior Associate Program provides participants with substantive training in early-stage biotech diligence and operations. The internship emphasizes soft skill building, such as leadership and project management, in addition to gaining an understanding of the biotech industry.

The Senior Associates are actively involved in core projects, including due diligence, market analysis, presentations, and operating plans at portfolio companies. The most promising candidates are eligible for full-time hire into Orange Grove upon completion of the program.
