Innovations in Energy Storage: Researchers and Technology at the University of Chicago
University of Chicago researchers are advancing innovations in every discipline – leading the development of cutting-edge technologies and conducting field-defining research for the betterment of humankind.
For this feature, we’ve compiled five researchers to know and seven novel technologies available for licensing in energy storage.
Among the researchers highlighted is Shirley Meng, professor of molecular engineering at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering. Meng also serves as the chief scientist of the Argonne Collaborative Center for Energy Storage Science (ACCESS) at Argonne National Laboratory.
