Polsky Founders’ Fund Fellowship Cohort Announced

The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation recently announced the newest cohort of the Polsky Founders’ Fund Fellowship (PF3). PF3 is a resource available to graduating University of Chicago students from Booth, the College, and other graduate programs who are committed to growing their ventures following graduation. The fellowships are intended to bridge the gap between school and institutional investment. Fellows in the 2017-18 cohort will receive up to a $20,000 investment from the Polsky Center.

Meet this year’s fellows:

Julia McInnis and Cindy Li of Lancealot
Lancealot is a recruiting platform for freelance video talent. It allows organizations to hire freelance video creators who specialize in live content and digital videos for social media.

Ramzi Assaf of Portefini
Portefini is a smart menswear aggregator that provides men with an easier and more intuitive way to shop for clothes that matches occasion and suits their lifestyle.

Maria Scott of TAINA
TAINA is a RegTech start-up with a mission to empower financial institutions to automate compliance with tax regulations while saving costs and reducing operational risks.

Christopher Heinrich of Triple 
Triple develops augmented reality software that allows consumers to view products in their own home before they buy them. Triple’s immersive, 3D, product visualization technology increases conversion rates, reduces returns and provides a more enjoyable online shopping experience.
