This program is a partnership between the Polsky Center and the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC). University of Chicago Students will be paired with small businesses that are part of a WBDC cohort to carry out market research. Using templates created by Posky, students will populate unique deliverables for each business owner on their “industry outlook” or other market research basics based on reports accessed from the UChicago Library resources and other research that they conduct. All materials will be reviewed by senior Polsky staff before delivery to entrepreneurs.
Selected students will receive a $1,000 stipend and must have the capacity to commit 10 hours per week for three weeks (11/4 – 11/22).
