Sterling Partners Investment Thesis Challenge (SPITC)

Sterling Partners Investment Thesis Challenge (SPITC)

Course Credit

SPITC participants may request to earn course credit for the challenge through the Private Equity & Venture Capital Lab (BUS 34702) by contacting Erika Mercer, director of entrepreneurship programs and the Svider Private Equity Program.

The PE/VC Lab meets once a week in the evening for three hours during the spring term. SPITC participants interested in earning credit should be aware that the course covers a broad range of topics in PE and VC investing (not just investment thesis development in private equity settings). Read more about the course here. >>

There is no bidding required to gain entry into this course; students who have been admitted to SPITC must inform Erika Mercer of their interest in enrolling in the Lab course. Please note that the course cannot be audited or taken pass/fail.

SPITC participants are not precluded from applying for the PE/VC Lab, if they so desire. Students may participate in both SPITC and the PE/VC Lab (through an internship with a different firm); however, only one course credit will be granted.
