Founded in 1982, C200 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance women corporate leaders and entrepreneurs. C200 unites women leaders to make the business world a more equal and equitable place for all women. Programs targeted at rising corporate executives and entrepreneurs help achieve this mission at every level, tapping the expertise of members who share their knowledge, experiences, and challenges.

Its membership includes over 550 women who are among the most successful leaders in business and represent prominent companies such as Deloitte, HGTV, IBM, KPMG, Olaplex, Qatalyst, 3M, The Real/Real, Rodan + Fields, and many more.

C200 inspires, educates, celebrates, and advances current and future women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders — those who already lead companies, like its members, and those who aspire to reach such success.

C200 partners with universities and colleges across the world to host member-driven events featuring panel and round-table discussions to educate and inspire ambitious, business-minded women in undergraduate and MBA programs.

Through sharing their stories, advice, and successes with future women business leaders, C200 members create lasting, meaningful change in the lives of many women as they demonstrate the value of pursuing a career in business.
