Paul Finnegan is cofounder of Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP). Prior to cofounding MDP in 1992, Finnegan was with First Chicago Venture Capital for ten years. He is the 31^sttreasurer of Harvard University, a member of the Harvard Corporation, and the chair of the Harvard Management Company. He is a past member of the board of overseers and a past president of the Harvard Alumni Association. Finnegan currently serves on the boards of directors of AIA Corporation, CDW Corporation, and Government Sourcing Solutions, and he also serves as a member of the board of Dean’s Advisors at the Harvard Business School. He is the past chairman and current board member of Teach for America in Chicago and a member of the board of directors of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Finnegan received an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
