Michael Sharifi joined Wynnchurch in 2025. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Michael held various positions in the recruitment and talent sector, including most recently as director and head of portfolio talent operations at Vista Equity Partners. Michael has spent his career developing and scaling private equity talent programs with a focus on executive recruitment & selection, organizational health, leadership development, compensation & rewards, and HR strategy. Michael holds a BA in political science from Northwestern University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
