Josh Damon is a managing director and the head of portfolio resources for Madison Dearborn Partners, responsible for leading the firm’s efforts to identify and facilitate value creation initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to joining MDP in 2019, Josh was a senior managing director at Ankura Consulting, where he co-led the firm’s strategy and performance practice.
