Jonathan Ozeran is a product and operations leader, company builder, investor and advisor with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling software, AI-enabled and data-driven technology companies across healthcare, life sciences, telemedicine, mobile commerce, security and enterprise software. He has assembled and led product, design, software engineering and machine learning teams across numerous stages of growth from pre-seed through IPO.

Jonathan is an early member of the team at Tempus AI, where he currently serves as Vice President of Generative AI. At Tempus, he focuses on AI-powered search, generative AI systems and provider-facing tools that support precision medicine workflows. During his tenure, Tempus grew into a leading AI-driven precision medicine platform, leveraging large-scale clinical and molecular datasets to support physicians, researchers and biopharma organizations.

Beyond his operating roles, Jonathan advises early-stage and growth-stage startups and works with venture funds and family offices on investment diligence, sourcing and portfolio support. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at the Illinois Institute of Technology and on its College of Computing Advisory Board. Jonathan received a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS from Northwestern University.
