Andrew joined GTCR in 2025 as a managing director in our portfolio resources group, focusing on strategic finance and value creation for our portfolio companies. Prior to joining GTCR, Andrew led portfolio and asset management for the tactical opportunities fund at Blackstone, where he was responsible for portfolio-level oversight and direct company engagement to drive financial and operational performance. Prior to Blackstone, Andrew worked in the corporate turnaround and restructuring practice at A&M, where he served in both advisory and interim management roles for stressed and distressed businesses. He started his career at Bear Stearns & Co. 

Andrew received a BA from Washington University in St. Louis where he majored in finance and anthropology. He currently serves on the board of directors of the REACH Institute, a non-profit organization focused on helping families diagnose and manage pediatric mental health challenges.
