Mexico’s Economic Future: Creating a Hub for Entrepreneurship & Innovation // Mexico City
Join the University of Chicago’s Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation for a special evening highlighting the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Mexico and its impact on the future of the Mexican economy.
We are excited to have Madhav Rajan, Dean of the Chicago Booth School of Business, for this unique opportunity to engage with University students, alumni, parents, and friends in Mexico City. Dean Rajan will deliver a keynote address providing an update on the University’s activities, priorities for the region, and announce the new UChicago Global Entrepreneurs Network (UChicago GEN) initiative.
The evening will also feature Waverly Deutsch, Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship at Chicago Booth, who will give a special presentation on the state of entrepreneurship and innovation in Mexico. Following her presentation, Professor Deutsch will moderate a special panel with local experts to discuss how entrepreneurship will be a key driver in the Mexican economy and the areas of opportunity for investment in the region.
The event will conclude with a networking reception and University alumni will have the opportunity to sign-up to join UChicago GEN.
