The Business Development Fellows (BD fellows) acts as business leads for deep tech ventures participating in the Polsky Center’s Compass Accelerator, a six-month program, from June 2022 – December 2022. Fellows will collaborate closely with a founding scientific team that has created innovative technologies through their research and set forth a vision for the company. BD Fellows will lead business development efforts of these high potential technologies and engage with innovators and industry partners on behalf of the venture. BD Fellows are expected to spend up to 40 hours per week over the Summer 2022 quarter and 8-10 hours per week over the Fall 2022 quarter supporting the venture. BD Fellows are compensated for their work in the program.
