The Polsky Small Business Growth Program supports small businesses owners and helps them grow and scale their businesses through consulting projects completed by student consultants. This program is a great way for undergraduate and graduate students to gain real-life experience in consulting while helping small businesses on the South and West Sides of Chicago to grow.

Highly-motivated UChicago graduate and undergraduate students looking to gain experience in business consulting and create positive social impact are the perfect candidates for this position. Eligible students will be interviewed the week of May 10. Selected student consultants will work in teams with business owners on a 10-week project during the Fall 2019 quarter. The weekly time commitment will vary, but typically is 10-15 hours per week.
